Air Moldova has successfully completed an operational audit of flight safety in accordance with the standards of the International Air Transport Association IATA.
For the first time, Air Moldova was included in the register of air carriers that passed the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) in December 2008.
According to IATA requirements, this audit consists of going through an audit of organizational structures, planning and managing flights, maintaining airworthiness and maintenance of aircraft, ground handling, cargo transportation, ensuring aviation security and safety in the passenger compartment.
Air Moldova has once again confirmed its IOSA operator certificate. This is a guarantee that the airline has full compliance with safety and quality international aviation standards for more than 1000 requirements.
This time, the validity of this certificate and the IOSA operator status will be extended until November 23, 2022.
