New rules for entering the Russian Federation!

Dear passengers, we inform you that in accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2156-r dated August 4, 2021, citizens of the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreigners holding a residence permit in the Republic of Moldova, are allowed to enter the Russian Federation, subject to the presentation of a negative PCR test result obtained no earlier than 3 calendar days before arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Please note that the result of this test should be displayed in the "Traveling COVID-19 Free" mobile application.

Citizens of the Russian Federation flying to Russia must complete a special form on the public services portal (www.gosuslugi.ru) before departure, then, within three days from the moment of arrival in the Russian Federation, upload the results of the PCR test for COVID-19 into the previously completed questionnaire. Before receiving the results of the PCR test for COVID-19, it is necessary to observe the self-isolation regime at the place of residence (stay).

Also, all passengers departing to Russia must print and complete a declaration on one sheet of paper (on both sides)
