To the attention of IATA-accredited agencies in Ukraine

Dear colleagues,

This is to inform you that due to the lack of possibility to receive funds for BSP UA sales, all tickets with “OPEN FOR USE” status, issued by BSP Ukraine agents on 9U 572 ticket stock, are cancelled. This is valid both for either completely unused or partially used tickets.

Understanding the difficulty of the situation, we are ready to provide all possible support with this matter. Air Moldova’s team will try to do its best in order to restore the same booking class as per original ticket/flight segment.

To proceed with the ticket refund, the agent will issue a Refund Application for full refund via BSPlink.
